All installations are subject to site survey, technical suitability, and final design approval.
3. Quotations & Pricing
Quotations remain valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
Domestic solar installations may qualify for 0% VAT in line with current UK government legislation.
Any additional works outside the agreed scope may be charged separately following customer approval.
4. Payment Terms
Typical payment structure:
10% deposit upon acceptance
60% prior to installation
30% upon completion
Alternative payment schedules may be agreed in writing.
Payments may be made via bank transfer or approved payment methods shown on invoices.
5. Cancellations
Customers have a 14-day cooling-off period under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.
Cancellations after this period may be subject to reasonable costs already incurred.
6. Warranties
Manufacturer warranties apply to installed products and may vary depending on equipment selected.
Cole Energy Ltd provides a workmanship warranty on installation works, typically valid for 2 years unless otherwise stated.
Insurance Backed Guarantees (IBGs) may be provided through HIES where applicable.
